Meredith Ruble began her professional career in 1993 at CMS Companies in Philadelphia. She started as an Analyst and later became a Senior Analyst. These roles gave her early experience in financial review, business analysis, and transaction support. In 2000, she joined Stifel Financial Corporation and advanced through several roles within the Education Group. Her positions included Associate, Vice President, Principal, and Managing Director. Her work there focused on investment banking transactions involving education operating companies and education technology service businesses.

Meredith Ruble later worked with Noodle Partners PBC in New York as Corporate Development Advisor. In this role, she supported capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and transaction-related planning. She later served as Chief Financial Officer from June 2019 to December 2023. Her responsibilities included financial strategy, investor relations, business planning, and support for the company’s shift from managing third-party vendors to offering broader services to universities.

Meredith Ruble also played an important role in Noodle Partners PBC’s acquisition and financing work. She helped guide the company through four acquisitions and supported four debt rounds and seven equity funding rounds. These efforts raised $120 million in total. Her work required financial planning, transaction coordination, investor communication, and attention to post-transaction integration. Through these responsibilities, she helped the company manage expansion while keeping financial operations organized and aligned with business needs.

Meredith Ruble served as Chief Financial Officer at Noodle Companies LLC from June 2017 to June 2019.
